Toyko Ghoul Manga Getting an Anime Adaption

posted on by Sephi-
In the tenth compiled volume of Sui Ishida's horror manga Tokyo Ghoul an anime adaption has been announced.

The manga is being published since 2011 in Shuueisha's Weekly Young Jump, and last year it made the 27th place of the most sold manga series in Japan. More information on the upcoming anime are expected for future issues of the Weekly Young Jump magazine.

Tokyo GhoulHigh schooler Ken, who just barely escaped the fangs of death, reawakens as a ghoul. At first everything seems normal... until he finally feels a devastating appetite for human flesh. This, however, poses some rather moral questions as Ken would sooner kill himself than eat a human. His dilemma soon dissolves, however, as he discovers that a secret society of ghouls has long since been living right under the humans' noses.
