Ji-Yeon arbeitet als Mautstellenmädchen und hat heute Abend die Nachtschicht. Plötzlich erlöschen alle Lichter und ein mysteriöses schwarzes Auto nähert sich ihrem Stand. Klassische Musik ertönt aus dem Inneren des Fahrzeugs und eine weibliche Hand streckt sich ihr entgegen und überreicht Ji-yeon das Ticket. Nachdem das Auto weggefahren ist, bemerkt Ji-yeon, dass das Ticket mit Blut befleckt ist.

Einer Legende nach soll am 29. Februar jedes vierte Jahr in der Nähe der Mautstelle ein Mord geschehen. Könnte Ji-Yeon das nächste Opfer sein?
