Blind (2011)

A kidnapped female student and a hit-and-run accident – two cases that don’t have much in common. But police officer Jo finds suspicious aspects and starts to look for witnesses.
The first one he finds is Min Soo-Ah, who suspects a taxi driver. The only problem with her statement is that she has been blind ever since an accident in which her brother lost his life. Officer Jo doesn’t know what to do about her testimony, and the other witness, teenager Kwon Ki-Sub, isn’t much of a help, either. He claims he saw a limousine at the site of the crime.
Suddenly, a mysterious man starts to follow the two witnesses, and Ki-Sub even gets attacked. They soon realise that somebody wants to silence them, despite their contradictory testimonies.

Eine entführte Studentin und ein tödlicher Verkehrsunfall mit Fahrerflucht ‒ beide Fälle scheinen nicht viele Gemeinsamkeiten zu haben. Doch Polizist Jo entdeckt etwas Verdächtiges und sucht nach Zeugen.
Als erste Zeugin meldet sich Min Soo-Ah, die einen Taxifahrer verdächtigt. Problem an ihrer Aussage ist nur, dass Soo-Ah seit einem schweren Unfall, der auch ihren Bruder tötete, blind ist. Jo ist sich nicht sicher, in wie weit er den Aussagen der Frau Glauben schenken kann und auch ein weiterer Zeuge, der junge Kwon Ki-Sub, hilft mit seinen Verdächtigungen nicht wirklich weiter. Er will eine Limousine am Tatort gesehen haben.
Plötzlich werden sowohl Soo-Ah als auch Ki-Sub von einem mysteriösen Mann verfolgt, Ki-Sub wird sogar niedergeschlagen. Schnell merken sie, dass sie trotz ihrer gegensätzlichen Aussagen vom wahren Täter mundtot gemacht werden sollen.

Soo Ah è un' agente di polizia che si è faticosamente riscattata dalla sua infanzia trascorsa in nu orfanotrofio. Il destino, però, continua ad accanirsi di lei: la ragazza è vittima di un tragico incidente in cui perde la vista. Anni dopo, in una scura notte di pioggia, la sua vita subisce un’altra brusca deviazione. L’auto su cui sta viaggiando, e che lei crede un taxi, subisce un forte urto. Il suo istinto, la sua caparbietà e il ritrovamento successivo del cadavere di una donna le fanno intuire che a condurre la vettura era un serial killer. Inizialmente la polizia non le crede, menre l’assassino è già sulle sue tracce. Soo Ah troverà un alleato in un agente che imparerà a fidarsi delle sue abilità.
