Dahsu Sun war einst der Sohn eines sehr reichen Mannes und ging auf eine Eliteschule. Wegen Betruges wurde sein Vater aber in Gewahrsam genommen und seitdem ging alles bergab. Sein ganzes Hab und Gut wurde konfisziert und auch seine Mutter ist von daheim abgehauen. Weil er die hohen Kosten der Schule nicht mehr zahlen konnte, musste er auf die sehr schlechte und arme Freedom High School wechseln. Dort trifft er ein Mädchen namens Aimei Jin, welche ihm zunächst das Leben rettet, aber ihm dafür eine Strafe von 100 Mio Yen aufzwingt. Da er arm ist und sich das nicht leisten kann, muss er für sie arbeiten. Zunächst hält er sie für sehr geldgierig, bis er bemerkt, weshalb sie das Geld benötigt und ab diesem Zeitpunkt entwickelt er langsam Gefühle für sie …
