Nachdem Haruto den Dämon Neko traf, dachte er, sein Leben sei vorbei, jedoch hat er Glück und wird von einem Engel und einem Dämon gescoutet, die nach einem neuen Shinigami gesucht haben. Somit wird Haruto wiederbelebt und sein neues Leben als Shinigami, der neben Engeln und Dämonen seltsame Kreaturen in Yokohama jagt, beginnt.

Mentre sono sulla Terra, un angelo e un demone uccidono per errore un essere umano. Quest’ultimo, un ragazzo di nome Haruto, accoglie senza particolari problemi la propria sorte sostenendo di non avere nessun motivo per rimanere in vita, ma accetta l’invito dell’angelo di diventare uno shinigami e aiutare i due nella loro missione.
