Spitze Ohren zum Lauschen, messerscharfe Zähne und eine Nase, die alles erschnüffeln kann – Werwölfe stehen an der Spitze der Nahrungskette und werden daher von allen gefürchtet. Jimmy Lee ist einer dieser Werwölfe. Jedoch ist er besonders, denn die Bewohner der Stadt Wild City haben ihn herzlich bei sich aufgenommen. Dort hat er sogar einen Job als Postbote gefunden, den er über alles liebt … und noch dazu auch ziemlich gut macht! Auch sein Ziehvater Taylor kümmert sich gut um ihn und sorgt dafür, dass ihm nichts passiert.

Allerdings ist nicht jeder Werwölfen freundlich gesinnt. Henry, einer seiner Arbeitskollegen in der Postzentrale, macht alles, um dem jungen Jimmy das Leben zu erschweren …
