Iroha Isshiki ist die Schülersprecherin der Sobu Oberschule und befindet sich in der 1-C. Sie macht den Eindruck, eine sehr ungeschickte und tollpatschige Persönlichkeit zu sein, um so ihr »süßes Erscheinungsbild« am Leben zu erhalten.

In Wahrheit ist sie aber viel intelligenter, als sie vorzugeben scheint; sie zeigt das aber nur selten vor anderen Leuten. Zu den Leuten, die es durchschaut haben, gehören Hachiman Hikigaya und Hayato Hayama. Laut Hayato tut sie das nur, weil sie sich sehr um ihr Ansehen sorgt. Unabhängig von all dem ist sie trotzdem eine sehr warmherzige Person, die sich für andere einsetzt.
