Description

One spring morning, 16-year-old Naho Takamiya receives a letter from her future, 27-year-old self. This letter reflects events that are supposed to happen … and everything seems to be true. Even that a boy named Kakeru Naruse comes to her class, with whom she will later fall in love. However, it does not only tell her about the events, it also tells her what she must do so that she will have nothing to regret later. Especially the loss of this loved one …

“There is something I really need to ask you. I hope you won’t repeat the same mistakes as I did. […] There are many happy and joyful moments that will await you. I hope you can keep this happiness and not let it die. But now I want to tell you the most important reason for my writing. I have done many things that I regret. And I don’t want my 16-year-old self to have a lifetime of things to regret. Ten years later, Kakeru will no longer be with us. Please don’t let the important things linger so easily … and please take care of him. I don’t want to lose someone so precious to me. […] Kakeru died because of an accident in the winter of his 17th birthday. Thus, we made a promise to each other: to save Kakeru is our penance. Save him, save Kakeru! To me from 10 years ago.”
